The Primary Schools in Heald Green are invited to get involved in a Junior Football competition which runs throughout the day, heats are from 13.30am and the tournament ends at 2:30 pm. The finalists receive a medal and the winning team is presented with a shield to display at their school during the year. The medals and shield are presented by Paul Dickov, formerly with Manchester City FC.
